Thank you for your article in Psychology Today on iodine. I believe that there is a protocol for when you take iodine. Is it correct? You need to take vit C, selenium, magnesium and salt? Would you mind to elaborate some more on it? Thank you. Best regards.

Answer

No special protocol, but good to have the other nutrients needed for thyroid and adrenal function, including selenium 50- 200 mcg, tyrosine 500 mcg, vitamin B5 50 mg and Vit C 500+ mg. These, along with magnesium) are all present in the Energy Revitalization System vitamin powder, as is 200 mcg of iodine.
