Curcumin with Boswellia Decreases Back Pain by 30%
A placebo-controlled study looked at low back discomfort to explore the inflammation component. It used a combination of Boswellia and curcumin, two key ingredients in the product Curamin® (though curcumin is likely to the more effective of the two). The study showed an approximately 30% decrease in back discomfort after three months of use. I expect that Curamin would be very synergistic with PEA for addressing chronic discomfort.
